This detailed training programme is targeted at individuals who are already used to carrying out interviews. The aim of this highly specialised programme is to take their interviewing skills to the next level, maximising the time spent with each candidate. This helps to ensure that the best candidate is identified to fit the criteria of the role, this includes both technical capability and their fit with the business, culture and values.
Assessment Centres and Selection Process
Jewel can assist the selection process for key hires. This process would inform the hiring decision rather than make it for you, but would provide the following; a strength of candidate fit to the role and their potential for growth within your company. Also, if using a psychometric profiling tool, this can offer potential candidate fit to the role, plus career limiters and derailers.
It can also include options for a Jewel Associate to design and deliver an assessment centre day or for us to assist a client in delivering their own. We can conduct full psychometric profiling with analysis prior to the Assessment Centre, run interviews with each of the participants, either separately, or included in, the day, report back with developmental feedback and coaching to the participants.
It aims to maximise the leadership potential of top managers through focusing on their roles in the organisation, on how they carry them out, and on how they can further develop as individuals in order to carry out these roles more effectively.
In addition to the programme, all senior leaders will receive a two hour executive coaching session with a qualified Jewel Training coach.
