Management Development Open Courses
We are able to offer our ILM certified leadership & management programmes to individuals, in contrast to internal training within a single business. This enables the smaller businesses and individuals access to our training and provides a great networking opportunity as well.
We schedule these Open Courses based on a wait list system. If you are interested please get in touch to add your name to the waiting list.

The ILM certified programmes are designed to span the management spectrum and broadly fit into 3 levels.
For the new Team Leader or Supervisor.
For those new to Management with no prior training.
For the practicing and aspiring middle Managers.
As experience is a great trainer we strongly recommend speaking to us before booking on one of our open courses to ensure it is at the right level for your specific needs.
And why ILM certified you may ask? Because they are highly recognised internationally. Particularly useful for clients with staff around the world, or those open to moving within their career.

Current Scheduled Open Courses
We typically run either an ILM Level 3 or ILM Level 5 Open course as these are most popular. If you are interested in another level contact us to discuss.
Our ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management Open Course dates have been set for 2024.
We are running three ILM Level 3 Open Courses, commencing, February, April and September.
The next 6 Workshops will take place on - April 24th, May 22nd, June 18th, July 23rd, September 3rd, October 8th and November 24th.
You can sign up for the entire course or individual workshops. This means you can choose to opt in for the full ILM Award or Certificate in Leadership & Management or complete just the workshops you need.
This model gives you the flexibility to obtain short bursts of high quality management development to suit your management development needs.
