Level 4 is about consolidating your existing management skills, building knowledge in specialist areas and developing capabilities and personal awareness you need to be a leader.
There are no formal entry requirements for these qualifications, however learners are expected to be working in a role where they have management responsibilities so they can draw on experiences and continue to build on these management foundations.
