IoL Endorsed Programmes

For those keen to apply the learning without the completion of assignments, we offer our Institute of Leadership (IoL) Endorsed Programmes.

These programmes are designed to meet the rigorous standards of the IoL. Upon signing up, each learner receives 12 months of membership to the IoL learning platform. This self-led continuous learning environment allows for deeper exploration even after programme completion.

Whilst our IoL’s have no assignments there is a requirement to demonstrate applied learning through completion of learning logs for each programme and practical application. This provides valuable reflection and focused action planning for application of learning in the workplace.

At least once a year, subject to expressions of interest, we offer an endorsed programme to the public in our Open Programme offerings.

Julie and her team at Jewel Training recently delivered our final ILM training module via the Zoom meeting app. This flexible, resourceful and determined approach to deliver our final ILM module during these unprecedented times enabled me to complete my ILM on time and without delay.
