Jake attended the ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management Qualification as an Import Coordinator with “some basic knowledge of leadership and management but had only ever had basic management experience in an informal sense”.

On completion of this programme he moved into the role of Client Interface Manager.

“The Jewel ILM3 course has really helped me gain invaluable insight into leadership and management techniques and I’ve picked up a wide range of skills and knowledge as a result of the course which I am already implementing in my new role. The course has improved my confidence in all areas of management, and I now feel better placed to implement my ideas and motivate my team in ways I may not have done previously.

I think I have also hugely benefited from the opportunity to speak to and collaborate with other professionals in both similar and different industries to my own. This approach fosters a really positive working environment and has developed many of the skills in a practical sense, meaning I felt more confident to implement them straight away in the workplace.

The team at Jewel were extremely helpful, supportive and enthusiastic about helping me develop, and I am excited to see where my career will take me now that I have completed this course.”
