In her role as Legal Councel at UNN Nadiah took part in the ILM Level 3 Leadership & Management Programme.

These are Nadiah’s reflections:

“This course equipped me with the essential life long skills for engaging with people specifically to successfully achieve (both personal and common) objectives. Personally, I believe I’ve developed in areas of problem solving and decision making as the main concept that truly spoke out to me is the establishment of a systematic approach to identify root causes of a problem – which shouldn’t end there as the approach extends to the implementation of a viable solution and finally to the process of self realization where we accept our shortcomings through addressing the lessons learnt. This specific module taught me most about accountability, transparency, and seizing opportunities to attain self-improvement in times of adversities which I take not apply to the workplace but to societal challenges as well.”
