Our programmes support those looking to develop their management, leadership, coaching & mentoring, training and customer service skills.
Because everyone's learning needs are different, we offer a range of development training;
including Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Qualifications and Institute of Leadership (IoL) Endorsed Programmes.
ILM Qualifications
ILM is our internationally recognised awarding body. These qualifications require attendance at workshops and the successful completion of assignments.
These also include 12 months membership to the Institute of Leadership and coaching support throughout the programme.
IoL Endorsed Programmes
Our IoL endorsed programmes provide the skills, knowledge and development without the assignments.
These also include 12 months membership to the Institute of Leadership for additional self directed learning.
