Nurul Zabidi
Nurul attended the ILM Level 5 Leadership & Management programme in her role as Acting Head of Procurement, Finance Domain. Leading a team of 14 people Nurul was keen to learn skills to help develop and motivate her team.
Nurul reflects that the skills learnt were not always difficult, but rather a case of knowing when to use which skills - the example given was communication. In learning the skills of good leadership Nurul discovered the benefits of learning to not only manage her team but also manage her stakeholders (internal & external) too, making her day to day working easier.
