Through the course of her ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management programme Roslaini developed from a Compensation & Benefits Manager and HR Business Partner role to the Head of HR and Admin in another company.
In Roslaini’s words this course gave her the “confidence and aspiration to challenge [herself] out of [her] comfort zone and venture into new industry”.
