Alex was an Account Manager in a pharmaceutical company who was inspired by his learning to develop his leadership skills.

Today Alex is a Regional Sales Manager and he shares his experience of developing with Jewel:

"Undertaking the ILM Level 3 qualification through Jewel was an integral part of my personal development during my role as a medtech Account Manager.  I was inspired by leaders who had been through the same training which secured my desire to become manager.  The ILM Level 3 qualification was delivered by enthusiastic facilitators and the mix of workshop and theory suited my learning style.  There was also an emphasis on work-based scenarios which enhanced my leadership skills and gave me a better understanding of my current and previous managers.  Subsequently I have implemented these skills in work-based projects which led to my promotion to first line manager, where I continue to embed and galvanise the skills I learned.
