Benji started his journey with Jewel Training & Development as a Pricing co-ordinator, and today holds the title of Key Account Manager.

Benji attributes his success on the "massive boost in confidence" his ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management gave him:

"ILM is directly attributed to where I am today.  ILM Level 3 gave me the knowledge and confidence to be able to take the 'next step'.  I knew I wanted to move into an Account Management role but didn't have the experience.  ILM Level 3 gave me the opportunity to gain experience but also to network with colleagues already in a similar role.  Ultimately, I learned how to be an Account Manager before ever having an interview for a role.  It was so important and frankly perfectly timed."
