Marcus Tan

From Business Development Manager to Regional Director, Marcus used the Bespoke Customer Service Programme to build his skills and raise his awareness on his workplace environment and fortify his communication skills.  As Marcus tells us these are just “one of the many instruments required to be an effective Regional Director”.

Marcus reflects: “As a professional with over a decade of working experience we tend to overlook the art of communication with an individual or a group.  The module on different personality traits had been a great reminder together with the scenario simulation to the betterment of oneself in tackling setbacks.”
